Lt Daniel L. Grotte is the Commander of the 147th Maintenance Operations Flight, Ellington Field Joint Reserve Base, Houston, Texas.
He is the founder of Houston Taps Buglers for Veterans.

Jason holds a Music Business Degree from the University of Houston. He has been teaching trumpet since 2000 and is the co-owner of JB's Music School in League City, TX. He is also a former U.S. Marine.
